This website provides general information about Nordawell’s B2B sourcing and commercial development activities. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a contractual relationship.

3. Engagements and fees

The scope of any assignment, Nordawell’s role, fees, confidentiality terms and any other commercial conditions are agreed separately in writing before they become binding.

4. Counterparty screening

Nordawell may use public information, commercial databases, direct communications and other reasonable sources to assess the relevance and apparent capability of potential counterparties. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, this is not a technical audit, financial audit, certification, legal due diligence or guarantee.

5. Direct contracting parties

Where a buyer and supplier, contractor or other commercial counterparty enter into a direct agreement, those parties remain responsible for their own negotiations, due diligence, contractual obligations, product or service quality, pricing, delivery, warranty, compliance and performance.

Nordawell does not guarantee that a search will identify a suitable counterparty, that a counterparty will respond or proceed, or that a commercial connection will result in a transaction.
